Refund Policy

You are our priority, so we keep our return policy very simple!

If you are not satisfied with your order due to a reasonable quality issue (such as damages), we prioritize resolving the issue. We will process your replacement order as a priority, reproduce the item, and ship it to you without additional costs.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can email us at info@lacylana.com or use our chat function to inform us of your decision. However, please note that return shipping costs are not covered unless there is a valid reason for the return.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items at info@lacylana.com and attach photos of the damaged items. We will send you a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

We cannot offer a refund if:

  • You provided an incorrect or insufficient address.

  • Your package/item is considered lost because you did not pick it up from the post office or pickup location.

  • You did not receive your order as expected (e.g., for a gift), as we have no control over delivery times. Customs procedures and delayed logistics play a significant role in the overall delivery timeframe.

  • The product is damaged or has quality issues. We require evidence of the quality issue (please email us photos confirming the defect, quality issues, or damaged item).

Please note that photo evidence will be used for documentation, quality management, and quality inspection purposes to continuously improve our products.

Once your return has been approved and confirmed, you will receive a return address via email. You will then need to drop off the package at the nearest post office.

In the case of a refund, please expect 3 to 5 days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
